We Just Breathe provides wellness workshops & self-regulating training for parents. Our goal is to prevent parent burnout. Stress and exhaustion overwhelm a parent’s ability to cope and it can have an impact on the entire family. We provide strategies to deal with life’s stressors and create a safe space for honest conversations about the challenges of parenting. Breathwork, Mindful Movement and Meditation are some of the practices incorporated into our sessions. We are a community of parents prioritizing wellness & mental health while fostering compassion and resilience. We offer in-person and virtual workshop. Bilingual sessions also available Spanish/English
